It was a pleasure to be with participants from PROMISE at the White House. This was Day 2 at the White House. The event was The White House Conference on Inclusive STEM Education for Youth of Color. One of my grad student fellows, Adegboyega Akinsiku, was a speaker on the panel. Another grad fellow, Hector Medina was an invited participant. We thank Dr. Quincy Kissiedu Brown who is also part of our PROMISE family. All are NSF Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Bridge to the Doctorate alumni. #STEMforAll #MyBrothersKeeper #ImagineHer #Engineering #ComputerScience
